糯米卷
糯米卷是广东诸多点心之一。来美后都没机会吃到了。前两天做了腊味糯米饭,剩了一些,正好用来做这个糯米卷。

  • 普通面粉300g
  • 奶粉15g
  • 40g
  • 牛奶150g
  • 酵母3g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 1g

Steps to make 糯米卷

  • 1.面团的材料放入面包机,按面团的程序,揉成光滑的面团,发酵到2倍大。
  • 2.把糯米饭整形成长条,长约8寸,宽2寸,高1寸。
  • 3.把面团拿出来,按压排气,分割成2份。取一份撖开成长方型,长度与糯米条差不多。宽度是糯米条的2倍。
  • 4.把多余的边边切去。
  • 5.把糯米包起来,收口捏紧。
  • 6.收口朝下,把糯米卷平均切块。(也可以不切,整条蒸好再切。)
  • 7.放入蒸锅,松驰30分钟。
  • 8.冷水下锅,大火烧开后,转中大火蒸15分钟,关火焖5分钟出锅。
  • 9.外皮松软,糯米咸香。
