蓝莓牛奶排包

  • 蛋液25克
  • 黄油20克
  • 干酵母3至5克

Steps to make 蓝莓牛奶排包

  • 1.高粉250克、糖45克、盐3克、牛奶110克、蛋液25克、黄油(或植物油18克)20克、干酵母3-5克、蓝莓果酱适量、
  • 2.除黄油外所有材料揉到面团至扩展阶段,撑开有不易破裂的薄膜
  • 3.发酵40分钟至2-2.5倍大小,蘸面粉戳洞不立刻回弹、回缩即为发好
  • 4.将面团排气,分成8等份并滚圆,盖保鲜膜醒10-15分钟左右
  • 5.取一份擀成椭圆形,再卷成长条状。
  • 6.全部卷好后放入烤盘中,烤箱内放一盆热水,二次发酵40分钟至2倍大小
  • 7.刷蛋液,挤上蓝莓果酱,淋沙拉酱做装饰
  • 8.烤箱预热175度,15-20分钟至表面金黄色即可
