家常韩式海鲜葱饼

  • 面粉120g

  • 红辣椒1个
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 少许
  • 胡椒少许

Steps to make 家常韩式海鲜葱饼

  • 1.先在洗净的海鲜上面撒上盐和胡椒,放到一边。juju用了小虾,海蚌,大家可以加上鱿鱼等其他海鲜
  • 2.葱大概以7cm的长度切成三半
  • 3.打散一个鸡蛋
  • 4.面粉和水搅拌在一起,再撒入适量盐
  • 5.葱放入面糊里沾上面糊
  • 6.微火,锅里倒入油,油热了倒入面糊
  • 7.放入葱和各种海鲜
  • 8.上面再倒一点面糊,微火盖上锅盖慢慢烤15-20分钟左右,期间可以翻过来
  • 9.烤得差不多时在上面浇上蛋液,烤到蛋液完全熟为止即完成。
  • 10.一勺酱油加一勺醋加一勺水搅拌在一起,撒点芝麻等就完成了海鲜葱饼的酱料
