    Steps to make 低脂湘味冷吃鱼

    • 1.将草鱼洗净,用盐腌30分钟
    • 2.将香菜/辣椒/小葱/生姜/大蒜切碎放入碗中
    • 3.碗中加入料酒,酱油,醋,少许盐,可以加入点白开水,有高汤的加点高汤,我加的是海带汤
    • 4.锅中放宽油,放入腌好草鱼,煎至两面金黄!
    • 5.煎好的鱼取盘装好,趁热倒入调好的酱汁,一热一冷酱汁的味道很快就渗入鱼里了
    • 6.可以开吃了,也可以放入冰箱冷藏,浸泡过的鱼块油脂会溶到汁里,更入味!
