这个杨梅酒,还是6月份的时候有新鲜杨梅的季节泡上的,泡20多天时,果味已经非常浓郁,很好喝了,打开给家人品尝,一个个都说好喝,而且都有点喝不够的感觉,哈哈,好酒也得少喝点儿,免得喝晕啦。
杨梅酒其口感独特,香味浓郁,口味香醇。以预防中暑和解除轻度暑热为主,不适于暑犯心营、肝风内动,等症。杨梅酒可以平衡酸碱、和谐养生。杨梅果酒经人体代谢分解最终产物中的钾、钙、镁、钠等阳离子含量较高为强碱性食品,能有效平衡如肉类食品和米饭、面包等主食内含有的氮、氯、硫、磷等酸性物质,达到酸碱平衡,益于抑制人体内癌细胞的生长和发展,提高健康体质。

Steps to make 杨梅酒

  • 1.要挑选新鲜味道好的杨梅,泡出来的酒味道才好
  • 2.杨梅清水冲洗后再用淡盐水浸泡10分钟左右,这样即可以杀菌,如果杨梅中有小虫子也可以泡出来。
  • 3.把洗净的杨梅放在网筛上晾干水分,主要是清洗的水分一定要彻底晾干
  • 4.然后找一个合适的能密封的容器,陶瓷或者玻璃均可,但不要用塑料的,一层杨梅一层冰糖码放好
  • 5.加入酒淹没杨梅
  • 6.我发现容器用小了,就换了个大个的这样可以让就淹没杨梅,然后密封避光保存即可
  • 7.还用瓶子装了2瓶。这是泡了2天的样子,颜色还比较淡一些
  • 8.这是20天后的样子,不仅颜色好了,酒味也很棒的哦
