  • 1.材料备齐,粉类过筛备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋,油,糖,淡奶油充分搅拌均匀,乳化好。
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 4.揉成团后盖保鲜膜静置20分钟。面团分成10个小面团紫薯馅分成10份,搓成圆。
  • 5.每个紫薯馅包裹适量的马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 6.收紧收紧封口,滚圆。
  • 7.面团包上紫薯球
  • 8.整形成方形,像一颗骰子一样。
  • 9.平底锅开启小火,放少许油,将仙豆糕放在平盘上煎。
  • 10.煎到每个面都变金黄色即可。
