  • 青豆1/2杯
  • 小蚬壳粉1/2杯
  • 自制牛肉酱1杯
  • 胡椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 茄汁1汤匙

Steps to make 牛肉酱蔬菜蚬壳粉

  • 1.把大蚬壳粉煮至熟透;
  • 2.用冷开水冲洗,滤水;
  • 3.把小蚬壳粉煮至熟透,把水倒入再用冷水冲洗后滤水;
  • 4.把香肠切粒,爆香;
  • 5.再倒入玉米和青豆,加盐1/4茶匙,继续炒片刻;
  • 6.倒入牛肉酱1杯,翻炒几下;
  • 7.再倒入茄汁2汤匙,翻拌均匀;
  • 8.试味,不够咸可加适量盐,如果感觉太酸也可加适量糖,撒胡椒粉约1/2茶匙,兜均匀,然后装入大蚬壳里,可供食用。;
