  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.薏米洗净用水浸泡2小时。
  • 3.锅中冷水放入鸭肉瘦肉焯水。
  • 4.烧开后捞出鸭块瘦肉冲去浮沫。
  • 5.冬瓜切大块;(冬瓜留皮更消暑)。
  • 6.汤锅中加足量水,放入鸭块瘦肉烧开撇去浮沫。
  • 7. 把其他材料薏米、姜片、陈皮和冬瓜一起加入锅中,烧开后转小火煲1.5小时。
  • 8.最后加盐调味,靓汤就可以喝了~
