Steps to make 番茄土豆银鱼厚蛋烧

  • 1.食材:鸡蛋 3个,银鱼干 20克,番茄 1个,土豆 50g,香葱碎 15g
  • 2.银鱼干提前泡2个小时。土豆切成片,土豆片和银鱼一起蒸15分钟。蒸好后,一起放入料理机,倒入一点水打成土豆银鱼泥。
  • 3.番茄开十字,热水中放3分钟,撕去表皮切成丁。热锅倒点油,开始炒番茄,一边炒一边挤压,将番茄炒成番茄泥。
  • 4.香葱切切碎。鸡蛋打散,香葱加入一起搅拌,将土豆银鱼泥也倒入蛋液,混合均匀,再将炒好的番茄泥倒入,1岁以上宝宝可加少许盐。
  • 5.核桃油倒入小碗中,不粘锅中刷薄薄一层核桃油。
  • 6.用大勺舀一勺蛋液放入锅内,迅速晃动锅使蛋液均匀铺满锅底,小火煎至蛋液表面凝固。
  • 7.用铲子将蛋皮从一侧卷到另一侧,成为蛋卷。继续舀大半勺蛋液在蛋卷空位,迅速摊开。
  • 8.待凝固后将蛋卷继续往另一边卷,每次倒蛋液之前,刷一层油。
  • 9.重复以上步骤直至蛋液用完,最后煎成一个厚厚的厚蛋饼。
  • 10.全部卷好继续煎2分钟出锅。
  • 11.切成段即可食用。土豆泥使蛋卷异常的嫩,但土豆泥的量不能再加了,再加会不成形。
  • 12.炒过的番茄泥加在蛋卷里,最终即使不加任何酱料也很好吃。
