奶香红薯派
相信很多人都知道红薯有营养,红薯含有膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素E以及钾、铁、铜、硒、钙等10余种微量元素。营养价值很高,被营养学家们称为营养最均衡的保健食品。我们一般都是蒸着吃红薯,或者做成红薯粥,但是红薯可以摇身一变,从平凡变成高档的西式甜品。

  • 细砂糖15g
  • 黄油35g
  • 消化饼干55g
  • 奶粉7g
  • 28g
  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 奶香红薯派

  • 1.红薯去皮切成薄片,隔水蒸6分钟左右
  • 2.用汤匙将红薯压成红薯泥
  • 3.消化饼干用研磨机打成粉状,也可以将饼干放进厚实的保鲜袋里,用擀面棍擀压
  • 4.将饼干末倒在碗里
  • 5.加入溶化的20克黄油,拌均匀
  • 6.将饼干分成3份,放在法焙客的活底圆形蛋挞模具里,用汤匙压平、压紧,放冰箱冷藏备用
  • 7.平底锅里放入红薯泥、糖、黄油、8克蛋黄和奶粉、水
  • 8.小火炒2-3分钟,炒至粘稠
  • 9.将红薯泥分3份,放入到已经铺了饼干的模具里,用汤匙压平
  • 10.剩余的蛋黄加一丁点水调匀,用毛刷刷表面
  • 11.放入已经预热到200度的东菱K40C烤箱,倒数第二层,烘烤15分钟,至表面上色
  • 12.冷却后放冰箱冷藏再脱模
