总是吃鱼的我这几天改吃肉了,今天就吃排骨呢。老公说味道很不错。我自己觉得也很好吃,配饭绝对很香。

    Steps to make 蜜汁排骨

    • 1.把排骨过水,沥干水份。
    • 2.用盐、生抽腌制半小时。蒜切末。西兰花也过水沥干水份。花围一下边就可以了。
    • 3.油锅烧热,放白糖,中火炒至糖化开起泡。
    • 4.倒入腌制的排骨,迅速翻炒,让排骨裹上糖色。
    • 5.放入切好的蒜末,在倒少许酱油,耗油。翻炒均匀。
    • 6.倒入少许料酒,翻炒一会倒入清水,没过排骨,加入三颗的小冰糖,大火烧开。小火慢炖20分钟。
    • 7.开锅收汁。
    • 8.装盘,把西兰花围一下边就可以了。
