萌趣猫爪青团
青团是江南地区一带清明时节的传统特色小吃,青色,用南瓜叶的汁拌进糯米粉里,再包裹进豆沙馅儿或者莲蓉,不甜不腻,带有清淡却悠长的青草香气。传统的青团一般都做成圆形,这次换用这个猫爪的
月饼模做,很受小朋友喜欢。

Steps to make 萌趣猫爪青团

  • 1.把粉类和糖混匀。
  • 2.加入适量开水搅成絮状。
  • 3.揉成团。
  • 4.加入青叶揉成软硬合适的面团。
  • 5.留出一点粉加可可粉揉成一个小的可可面团。
  • 6.把面团分成25克一个剂子。
  • 7.红豆沙分成25克一个。
  • 8.取一个剂子捏成碗状后放入豆沙。
  • 9.捏紧收口。
  • 10.模具花片放入可可面团,放入模具中。
  • 11.把包了馅的面团放入模具中。
  • 12.用力压一下,后脱模。
  • 13.做好后放入蒸笼。
  • 14.大火蒸20分钟即可。
  • 15.有着淡淡清香的猫爪青团。
