小米渣渣
在很有名的一家餐厅吃到过这道甜品,当时妈妈表示非常喜欢,因为我们平时吃的小黄米都是比较硬的,而用来做小米渣渣的黄米是糯的,口感如糯米一般,于是我在菜场中寻找到糯黄米,里面加入自制的红豆沙,绝对是一道小米版的“八宝饭”。

Steps to make 小米渣渣

  • 1.小黄米洗干净
  • 2.黄米在水里浸泡半天
  • 3.碗里铺上一层果干
  • 4.在果干上撒上黄米,然后撒上白砂糖、红豆沙
  • 5.然后再依次顺序,一层黄米,一层砂糖、豆沙,最后黄米封顶,撒上一层砂糖,上锅蒸2小时
  • 6.蒸好的米饭稍许冷却
  • 7.奶锅中倒少量清水,加入2勺糖桂花熬煮,至糖水比较浓稠
  • 8.最后把小米渣渣倒扣的盘子中,淋上糖水
