圣诞节快来临了,大街上,各大商场里都洋溢充满着圣诞的气息,我们也来应个景吧,做个圣诞的树根树根蛋糕。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 细砂糖65克
  • 植物油30克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 可可粉110克
  • 可可粉23克
  • 淡奶油1200克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 巧克力150克
  • 淡奶油2150克

Steps to make 树根蛋糕

  • 1.分离蛋黄和蛋清。蛋黄中加入3分之1的细砂糖,加入牛奶和植物油
  • 2.搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入可可粉1和低筋面粉
  • 4.搅拌成细腻的状态
  • 5.蛋白分三次打发成大弯钩状态
  • 6.先取三分之一的蛋白霜加入到可可面糊中
  • 7.再倒入到剩下的3分之2蛋白霜中,切拌均匀
  • 8.倒入烤盘,轻磕烤盘把气泡震出
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱。上下火中层180度20分钟(依据自家烤箱温度决定)
  • 10.烤盘的蛋糕底倒扣在烤网上,掀开油纸,盖在蛋糕体上面,让散热
  • 11.淡奶油200克加2克糖粉3克可可粉,打发至硬性
  • 12.将可可奶油抹在蛋糕体上面
  • 13.卷起来,放进冰箱冷藏
  • 14.准备好淡奶油和巧克力
  • 15.巧克力隔温水溶化
  • 16.淡奶油煮沸
  • 17.将煮沸的淡奶油倒入到融化的巧克力中
  • 18.做成了甘纳许酱
  • 19.取出冷藏好的蛋糕体
  • 20.分别切出两小段,用淡奶油拼接
  • 21.淋上甘纳许酱,用抹刀稍微抹平,叉子刮上树纹即可
  • 22.自己自由装饰
