栗子红烧肉

Steps to make 栗子红烧肉

  • 1.烧锅开水,加入点盐,将新鲜板栗下入,煮上五分钟;
  • 2. 再将煮好的板栗倒入冷水中, 泡上十分钟;
  • 3. 这样就很容易的将板栗壳都剥下来, 准备好其它原料;
  • 4. 泡过的五花肉放入锅中, 加入少许油翻炒;
  • 5. 直至翻炒到五花肉表面微微发黄, 体积缩小,加入冰糖继续翻炒;
  • 6.五花肉翻炒上色后加入适量的酱油和料酒继续翻炒, 再加入其它大料翻炒一下;
  • 7. 加入适量的开水,大火煮开后转为小火,煮上十五分钟;
  • 8. 倒入剥好的栗子,加盖继续煮上十分钟;
  • 9. 加入盐调味,最后大火收汁即可;
  • 10.盛入小钵中,表面撒些小葱末。
