蓝莓乳酪挞
夏天炎热,吃甜品会有一点腻的感觉,但加了水果的挞,一点都不会腻,而且多吃蓝莓可以美容养颜,把蓝莓加到甜甜的挞里,别有一凡味道,这里是两个6寸的量。

  • 无盐黄油80克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 马斯卡彭250克
  • 酸奶100克(浓)
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 0.5克
  • 淡奶油50克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 柠檬汁数滴

Steps to make 蓝莓乳酪挞

  • 1.黄油切小块软化加入糖粉用电动打蛋器打至体积变大,颜色变白
  • 2.分两次加入蛋液,打匀至羽毛状,
  • 3.分2次筛入盐和低粉,拌匀至无颗粒无干粉状态,
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜冷藏松驰1小时
  • 5.马斯卡彭加细砂糖打至顺滑
  • 6.再加入酸奶,淡奶油,鸡蛋,柠檬汁(没有可以不加),继续打至顺滑,呈糊糊状态略微有点稠
  • 7.筛入玉米淀粉拌匀,夏天天热,要冷藏备用,
  • 8.取出挞皮,轻轻整成圆形,不要揉,会出油的,用擀面杖擀成稍大于挞模的面皮,放入挞盘里,内壁用手轻轻压平,
  • 9.倒入奶酪糊,再取适量蓝莓粒放入其中,注意不要弄破了,
  • 10.烤箱160度预热,中层,45分钟,
  • 11.刚烤好的挞会鼓起来,等凉了就下去了
  • 12.上面可以再用蓝莓粒来装饰一下。
