Steps to make 豆浆酸奶——九阳知食

  • 1.挑选颗粒饱满的黄豆,浸泡8小时。然后将水倒掉,用湿润的纱布盖在黄豆上,放在室温下萌发2小时;
  • 2.将黄豆和1000ml清水放入九阳Q1豆浆机,选择“纯豆”功能,磨出细滑香浓的豆浆;
  • 3.豆浆做好后冷却至40℃左右,倒入菌粉搅拌均匀,然后倒入酸奶机,保温8-10小时;
  • 4.豆浆酸奶做好后放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上,口感更好。在食用时可据个人口味添加蜂蜜、果酱、水果或坚果,风味更佳。
