  • 4.糯米粉在大碗中, 加入适量热水,用力搓成团
  • 5.然后掰成一块块,搓成小汤圆
  • 6.先起油锅,入姜丝、香菇和白萝卜稍炒片刻袪除寒气,盛出待用
  • 7.锅中加水烧开,入汤圆焯熟捞出待用
  • 8.另锅中加水3大碗,加入虾米和干贝,大火烧开后煮5分钟
  • 9.加入焯熟的汤圆煮至浮起
  • 10.然后加入炒过的香菇丝和萝卜丝稍煮一会儿
  • 11.最后加盐调味,洒上香菜即可
