Steps to make 宫保虾球

  • 1.花生米清洗干净。
  • 2.锅中倒油,将花生米放进去。
  • 3.小火用筷子不停的搅动,花生皮颜色变深即可捞出。
  • 4.放盘子里面撒上盐用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 5.准备鲜虾。
  • 6.去头去尾去外壳。
  • 7.用刀给虾开背,不要切断。
  • 8.将开过背的虾放到碗里,里面加少许盐、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉和水抓拌均匀腌15分钟。
  • 9.大葱切成小段,大蒜切片,生姜切成末,准备花椒和灯笼椒。
  • 10.取一小碗,里面加生抽、老抽、盐、料酒、白糖、玉米淀粉和水做个料汁。
  • 11.锅中倒油,将花椒粒放进去小火爆出香味捞出花椒粒。
  • 12.灯笼椒放进去炒出香味。
  • 13.腌制好的虾仁倒进去翻炒变色。
  • 14.将蒜片和姜末放进去翻炒出香味。
  • 15.大葱放进去炒至断生。
  • 16.调好的料汁加进去大火翻炒均匀。
  • 17.炸好的花生加进去翻炒均匀。
  • 18.滴两滴香油。
  • 19.翻炒均匀关火。
