  • 1.将买来的花甲倒入盆中,盆中倒入适量的清水,和少量的盐,用筷子搅拌搅拌,浸泡一个小时左右。把花甲里边的泥沙都吐出来。
  • 2.粉丝用热水浸泡10分钟左右,看到粉丝浸泡软就可以了。
  • 3.金针菇用刀将根部切掉,清水清洗干净,用手撕成小瓣。
  • 4.用刀将葱姜蒜切成末,小米辣切成段。放入碗中,备用。
  • 5.另起油锅,下姜蒜末爆香,下小米椒 加入2勺豆瓣酱,炒出香味后。
  • 6.加入吐干净沙的花甲,用锅铲翻拌均匀使每个花甲上都裹上豆瓣酱。
  • 7.将泡软的粉丝倒入锅中。加入适量的清水,没过食材就可以了 大火炖煮20分钟左右。时间到后再加入生抽、蚝油、白糖、料酒,转小火再煮6分钟便可出锅了。出锅前可根据个人喜好加盐。
  • 8.做好的花甲粉丝趁热吃,汤汁浓郁、粉丝爽滑、金针菇味道独特。简直好吃到哭泣!
