韩式炸鸡
早就听说韩国炸鸡很好吃,一直没买过吃油炸食品用油就不用说了还是自己做的卫生,无意看见网上有介绍炸鸡的帖子有很多种,我也是综合了一下改良一下适合自己的口味更容易家庭做,比如那个要加清酒我换成了黄酒,不敢说多么正宗但是味道不错,炸鸡裹着酱还能松脆香就是成功啦!下面是我自己做的心得

  • 鸡胸肉500克
  • 生抽1勺
  • 糯米粉4勺
  • 洋葱1/4
  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 韩式甜辣酱1勺

Steps to make 韩式炸鸡

  • 1.准备好鸡胸肉洗干净备用
  • 2.切成小块
  • 3.鸡肉里加入料酒和少许的生抽
  • 4.切好的洋葱和蒜泥倒入碗里腌制半个小时左右(可以加长时间更入味)
  • 5.4勺糯米粉加一个鸡蛋搅拌成糊(如果干了点加一点水)
  • 6.腌制好的鸡肉放进糊里裹浆
  • 7.裹完以后放进玉米淀粉里裹一层粉
  • 8.再用手按一下让鸡肉裹的浆牢固的裹住淀粉,这样鸡肉才能炸的松脆
  • 9.锅里加适量的油,油烧到160度左右把鸡肉倒进去炸定型
  • 10.鸡肉炸一次后捞出来
  • 11.再次入锅炸一次,炸熟
  • 12.炸出这样的金黄色,用筷子夹一下感觉表面硬了就可以了,其实这时候鸡肉也很好吃有点KFC的感觉
  • 13.炸好的鸡肉块捞起来控油
  • 14.换平底锅加一勺的韩式甜辣酱,把洋葱和蒜泥炒一下
  • 15.加适量的水让酱汁煮一下,再加一勺蜂蜜和番茄酱调色
  • 16.锅里的酱汁熬出出现泡泡越来越浓厚
  • 17.迅速倒入鸡块裹汁(千万别提前和酱汁一起煮那样就不是炸鸡了不松脆)
  • 18.装盘的时候撒点熟芝麻
