Steps to make 扁豆角酿肉

  • 1.先调拌肉馅,在肉馅中加入香菇碎、食盐、鸡精、料酒、生抽、葱姜末、食用油拌匀;
  • 2.将扁豆角摘去两边的老筋;
  • 3.将扁豆角沿着一边剖开,撒上干淀粉;
  • 4.往扁豆角里塞上肉馅;
  • 5.将塞好肉馅的扁豆角放油锅里炸至略上色取出;将剩油倒出,将扁豆角放回锅里,加入少许热水、蚝油、生抽炖煮片刻,将扁豆角码盘,剩余的汤汁勾薄芡汁,淋在扁豆角上,即可。
