鳕鱼燕麦粥

Steps to make 鳕鱼燕麦粥

  • 1.大西洋鳕鱼提前冷藏室化冻,胡萝卜、西芹洗净,准备好食材。
  • 2.燕麦、大米淘净,浸泡1小时以上。
  • 3.放入国内小火慢煮20分钟。
  • 4.鳕鱼用柠檬片腌制7-8分钟去腥。
  • 5.西芹、胡萝卜焯水断生捞出备用。
  • 6.西芹和胡萝卜切碎丁。
  • 7.鳕鱼切小碎块。
  • 8.待粥粘稠依次加入胡萝卜和西芹碎,继续煮。
  • 9.最后加入鳕鱼碎继续熬10分钟左右。
  • 10.最后出锅加入鳕鱼松,即可完成。
