  • 1.茭白滚切处理
  • 2.油焖当然油相对的多点,用的猪油,感觉比较香
  • 3.热油入锅,加入一点辣椒
  • 4.煸炒至有点皱皮、金黄,基本也就熟了
  • 5.加入生抽和糖,淋点开水,淡的话放点盐。
  • 6.收下汁就出锅
