  • 1.所有材料一起混合用面包机和面至扩展阶段后30度室温发酵40分钟
  • 2.把面团取出排气
  • 3.分成20克一个的小面团滚圆松弛20分钟!
  • 4.松弛好把一个小面团分成两个
  • 5.取一个小小面团按扁
  • 6.放上红豆
  • 7.包起来收口
  • 8.滚圆收口朝下放在纸托上!
  • 9.把所有的面团依次做好
  • 10.湿室二次发酵40分钟后表面撒上低筋粉
  • 11.烤箱预热上火200下火180,中层烤13分钟!时间温度根据自己的烤箱性质调节!
