菠菜鸡蛋卷
放很少面粉所以口感细嫩滑溜。加上蔬菜碎,解油腻又带着蔬菜的清香。

Steps to make 菠菜鸡蛋卷

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.菠菜焯水捞出挤干。
  • 3.斩碎,尽量碎一点。
  • 4.鸡蛋,水,菠菜一起混合搅拌均匀,筛入面粉调入盐,黑胡椒搅拌好备用。
  • 5.平底锅或者电饼铛刷油,倒入糊糊,小火等上面都凝固,从一边卷起。
  • 6.卷好后再等一会就可以了。(我后来想要是反过来卷会更好看,下次试试)。
