泡椒凤爪是很经典的小菜,可以用来佐饭、下酒,也可用来做零食。

    Steps to make 泡椒凤爪

    • 1.材料:鸡爪    泡椒   白醋   料酒  生姜  八角  桂皮  花椒  精盐。
    • 2.鸡爪洗净去指甲,切开,先一分为二,再把有指头的那边一分为二。锅内加水放入姜,八角,倒入鸡爪,倒一汤匙料酒,一茶匙盐,煮10分钟左右就可以。
    • 3.鸡爪煮得了倒入盆内用冷水冲洗净干后,十分钟换一次水泡两个小时,要是不心疼水就细水冲。
    • 4.用大一点的面碗,倒入泡椒和泡椒汁,一点白醋,泡椒汁不多的话可以加点凉开水,以没过鸡爪为宜。
    • 5.鸡爪控干水,泡进调好的汁水中,隔段时间翻动一次。
    • 6.为了让鸡爪更好入味隔段时间翻动一次,几个小时后就可以吃了。 可以用保鲜膜封起来放在冰箱冷藏起来,不过越久越入味,也就越辣。
