  • 火腿3-5根
  • 食用油50g
  • 黑胡椒酱20ml
  • 番茄沙司20ml
  • 黑胡椒面少许
  • 食盐2匙

Steps to make 番茄意面

  • 1.蒜切片。番茄剥皮切丁。火腿切片。
  • 2.锅中放水加入一匙盐,少许食用油烧开。放入意大利面。
  • 3.冷锅冷油,油热后放入蒜爆香。再下入番茄丁。
  • 4.番茄软烂之后放入火腿。放入黑胡椒汁和番茄汁。翻炒均匀关火。
  • 5.面熟透后捞出控水。与酱料拌匀。
  • 6.装盘撒上黑胡椒面。看成品~
