Steps to make 奶香海绵蛋糕

  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分开!图为蛋黄!
  • 2.蛋清!
  • 3.先把蛋黄中放糖搅拌均匀!
  • 4.倒入牛奶继续搅拌!
  • 5.最后筛入面粉,搅拌至没有颗粒为止!
  • 6.蛋清中放入三滴白醋,糖,一点点盐用打蛋器打发!
  • 7.出现鱼眼泡的时候放入第二勺糖!继续打发!
  • 8.等出现细腻气泡时候放第三勺糖!直至呈现奶油状态,不会掉落为止!
  • 9.分三次把蛋白倒入蛋黄夜中,上下搅拌均匀之后倒入模具中,烤箱预热,175度中下层60分钟!
  • 10.等到蛋糕表面上颜色之后盖上锡箔纸继续烤制!
