新西兰的嫩羊排上次煲汤后还剩下一半,买来的白萝卜看起来水分很足,做个红焖羊排应该不错吧,在寒冷的冬季里,给家人补补身体,应该是不错的选择!

  • 白萝卜一根
  • 胡萝卜一根
  • 尖椒一个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 生抽两勺
  • 老抽两勺
  • 五香粉3克
  • 鸡粉3克
  • 蚝油一勺
  • 一勺

Steps to make 红焖羊排

  • 1.准备材料,所有的材料都切滚刀块,葱姜切末
  • 2.炒锅放油,放一勺糖,炒糖色
  • 3.等糖变色后,下入羊排,并使之均匀上色
  • 4.放葱姜翻炒
  • 5.放生抽,料酒,蚝油
  • 6.适量老抽上色
  • 7.继续翻炒,下入白萝卜,胡萝卜(注:如果喜欢尖椒软一点就早放,喜欢硬一点或者喜欢颜色绿一点的就快熟的时候放,我喜欢软一点的,所以跟其他配菜一起放了)
  • 8.加一大碗热水,大火烧开,转小火慢慢的焖20分钟左右,羊排软烂即可
  • 9.最后等小火收汁后,放点五香粉和鸡粉,翻炒几下,就可以出锅了,开始享用吧!
