小熊铜锣烧
原始做法的铜锣烧,略改造型制作法,瞬间变成萌萌滴?

Details of ingredients

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 融化黄油10克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 低筋面粉200克
  • 炮打粉3克
  • 白糖50克
  • 蜂蜜5克
  • 鸡蛋清1个
  • 海苔(紫菜)1块
  • 自制红豆100克

Steps to make 小熊铜锣烧

  • 1.将鸡蛋白糖蜂蜜打散,加入融化黄油和牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入低粉泡打粉搅拌均匀成面糊。盖紧静至10分钟。
  • 3.上平底不粘锅加热,打入一多一少的面糊,全程用慢火煎至两面金黄盛起。少的面糊煎来做小熊的耳朵用。(锅里不能倒油哦)
  • 4.煎好的饼饼盛起。
  • 5.将一个鸡蛋清打散。
  • 6.上不粘锅抹少许油加热,同样用细火将蛋清煎熟。
  • 7.取个大的饼饼,抹上一层红豆,在两边各自放上一片小号的饼饼做小熊耳朵。
  • 8.再盖上一片大号饼饼完成。
  • 9.用裱花圆嘴在蛋白压出一块小圆片。
  • 10.放在饼饼表面。如图
  • 11.再将紫菜海苔用压花器剪出眼睛和嘴巴。
  • 12.如图放上完成。
  • 13.成品。
