萝卜排骨汤
百搭的排骨,红烧、煲汤都是既美味又滋补。这次用排骨搭配白萝卜煲汤,又加了些玉米粒。是一道口感丰富,味道鲜美,营养丰富的健康养生汤。

Steps to make 萝卜排骨汤

  • 1.排骨用冷水浸泡后捞出沥干水。
  • 2.浸泡后的排骨入锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 3.白萝卜洗干净,备好玉米粒。
  • 4.葱姜、大料放入压力锅内胆。
  • 5.放入排骨。
  • 6.再放入切成滚刀块的白萝卜、玉米粒。
  • 7.加适量水,将内胆放入压力锅,盖上锅盖,通电煲,煲熟后解压,加盐、胡椒粉。
  • 8.搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
