  • 1.准备好食材:豆腐,虾仁,面粉,鸡蛋,胡萝卜,香葱。
  • 2.鲜虾仁用料酒腌制10分钟。
  • 3.腌好的虾仁剁碎。
  • 4.碗内加入虾仁泥,香葱,豆腐,胡萝卜,打入一个鸡蛋。
  • 5.再加入面粉,调入2克盐,一勺生抽,胡椒粉;不加面粉的话,太稀了,不容易成型。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.不粘锅开小火,倒入适量色拉油。
  • 8.用勺子挖一大勺面糊放锅里的心型模具内,没有模具也没关系哦;用勺子压平。
  • 9.定型后翻面,两面煎至金黄。
  • 10.出锅即可摆盘食用。
  • 11.松松软软的,很好吃哦。
