Steps to make 家庭版宫爆鸡丁

  • 1.用微波炉做好的花生米,如果不会做,我在之前有个菜谱是介绍怎么做的,大家可以去看看。
  • 2.准备主要材料,全部都切成小丁。
  • 3.鸡胸肉切好后,放入五香粉、1小勺盐、红薯淀粉和料酒20g,腌制10分钟。
  • 4.干辣椒、大葱切成段。
  • 5.锅中放油烧热,调小火把腌制好的鸡胸肉炒熟,呈出。
  • 6.把锅清洗干净,锅中烧热油,油热了,先放入辣椒段,炒制出香味,在放入大葱段。
  • 7.先把胡萝卜丁放进去,炒到胡萝卜丁变色,放入生抽、料酒、白糖、白醋、耗油和盐,翻炒。
  • 8.倒入鸡胸肉丁翻炒。
  • 9.在马上出锅之前,加入黄瓜丁,黄瓜不用炒的时间太长,要不然容易老,我比较爱吃脆脆的。
  • 10.放入鸡精和熟花生米,炒两下关火。
