炸油角
炸油角是广东省传统的汉族小吃。形状像「荷包」,亦即钱包。里为芝麻砂糖或豆沙、薯蓉。寓意钱包饱胀,明年赚钱赚到盆满钵满。
每年爸爸也都有做,但是用的糯米粉,有亲说用面粉,炸出来特别酥,我用了面粉和糯米粉,香酥也有点嚼劲。

  • 面粉500克
  • 猪油150克
  • 花生100克
  • 糯米粉150克
  • 鸡蛋2只
  • 黑芝麻100克

Steps to make 炸油角

  • 1.面粉加入鸡蛋,猪油,适量清水和成团。
  • 2.把芝麻和花生打粉,加入绵白糖和匀。
  • 3.另把糯米粉,加适量开水和为絮状,再和面粉团和在一起。
  • 4.取面团擀开,圈出圆片。
  • 5.放上适量芝麻糖馅。
  • 6.包成半月形,边上捏出花边。
  • 7.锅中入油,烧至约七八成热。
  • 8.下锅中火炸至,浮起后,炸为金黄即可。
  • 9.出锅就可以吃了。
