每次去排档必点丁螺,老公特喜欢吃,当在市场看到丁螺急忙买回家,却忘了叫商家剪螺尾,丁螺的螺壳特别硬,剪螺尾还花了不少功夫。

发现用豆瓣酱来炒螺类都非常美味,再加点洋葱和紫苏,炒出来的味道和排档相差无几。

    Steps to make 酱爆丁螺

    • 1.将丁螺放入洗米水中净泡半小时洗净。
    • 2.把蒜、姜、葱白捣碎,红椒、洋葱切小块,紫苏剁碎待用。
    • 3.锅下水烧开,把丁螺放入水里煮上3分钟。
    • 4.洗净沥干水份,然后用钳子把螺的尾部剪去(这两步倒过来也行)。
    • 5.旺火烧热炒锅下油,爆香蒜、姜、葱白、紫苏、洋葱。
    • 6.然后放入丁螺、料酒、豆瓣酱翻炒。
    • 7.倒入温水,淋入适量的酱油,撒入盐、鸡精大火加盖约煮3分钟。
    • 8.勾芡加麻油和匀,盛入碗中。
