Steps to make 牛肉三部曲——牛肉烩面

  • 1.食材如左图所示,将牛肉切块,姜切片,香菜切碎。
  • 2.将面和好,搓成条,醒发30分钟。
  • 3.锅中水烧开加入牛肉,姜片,调料包,盐。
  • 4.大火加阀上汽,转小火炖30分钟
  • 5.关火后,将肉放入汤碗中中备用
  • 6.锅中水烧开后,将面扯成宽条状
  • 7.将扯好的面条下入锅中,待面快熟时将洗好的青菜下入锅内。再次滚开时,将面和青菜捞入碗中。
  • 8.捞入碗中,放入海带丝,油泼辣椒,白胡椒粉,鸡精,少量的盐。将牛肉汤和炖好牛肉舀入碗中,最后撒上香菜
