豉汁青口

  • 白葡萄酒3大匙

Steps to make 豉汁青口

  • 1.青口擦洗干净。(用钢丝球擦的。)
  • 2.姜切片,葱切段。
  • 3.热油锅,把姜爆香。
  • 4.放豆豉酱炒一下。
  • 5.放入青口和少许糖炒匀。(豆豉要放点糖去其涩味。)
  • 6.倒入白葡萄酒炒一下,盖上盖子煮约5-6分钟,青口张开口就熟了。(没白葡萄酒,料酒也可以的。)
  • 7.撒上葱段。
  • 8.炒匀即可。
  • 9.装盘开吃,非常鲜美。
