秘制红肠披萨
晚上吃烤肉,自己做了烤肉酱,突发奇想用来做做披萨,发现超级好吃!又香又浓郁。由于披萨我用厨房剪的块,照片看不出拉丝,但其实一口咬下去,能拉出很多丝哦!

Details of ingredients

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 温水150g
  • 白砂糖12g
  • 大红肠1/3根
  • 青椒2个
  • 洋葱1个(中等略小)
  • 生姜1片
  • 甜面酱2汤匙
  • 味极鲜酱油1汤匙
  • 芝麻油1/2汤匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 酵母粉6g
  • 6g
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 中等西红柿2个
  • 马苏里拉奶酪200g
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 干辣椒6个
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 陈醋1汤匙
  • 淀粉2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒碎1/2茶匙

Steps to make 秘制红肠披萨

  • 1.所有饼胚料放入面包机,搅拌发酵后,拿出加点高筋面粉揉压排气后,平均分成2份,取一份案板和手上撒一点粉,压扁;
  • 2.用擀面杖一边旋转一边擀,擀成比胚盘(我用的是8寸盘)略大的圆形;
  • 3.胚盘刷上一层橄榄油备用;
  • 4.将面饼放入胚盘,由于面团会回缩,稍等一会儿大小就合适了;
  • 5.面饼底部用叉子欢乐的叉吧,叉好放置15~20分钟;
  • 6.面饼醒发的时候我们可以来准备馅料,大红肠、西红柿切片,青椒切丝;
  • 7.马苏里拉奶酪剪碎;
  • 8.秘制披萨酱可以提前做好放冰箱,烤肉做披萨都很好吃哦:中等略小的洋葱1个、剥皮大蒜3瓣、生姜1片、干辣椒6个、甜面酱2汤匙、料酒1汤匙、味极鲜酱油1汤匙、陈醋1汤匙、芝麻油1/2汤匙、淀粉2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙、黑胡椒碎1/2茶匙、盐1/4茶匙,放搅拌机绞碎拌匀,装瓶;
  • 9.醒好的面饼刷上一层秘制酱;
  • 10.加1/4马苏里拉奶酪碎;
  • 11.加一层西红柿片;
  • 12.加一层大红肠;
  • 13.加一层青椒丝;
  • 14.最后上面再盖1/4马苏里拉奶酪;
  • 15.推入烤箱,上下火200度,烤20分钟;
  • 16.切片享受美美的秘制红肠披萨把,味道粉棒哦!
