咸曲奇饼干

Steps to make 咸曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备咸黄油和奶酪碎备用。
  • 2.准备380克低筋粉备用。
  • 3.30克细砂糖备用。
  • 4.咸黄油室温软化成这样用刮刀能轻易抹开为好。
  • 5.把细砂糖加入咸黄油中。
  • 6.黄油和糖翻拌均匀。
  • 7.把所有低筋粉筛入黄油盆中。
  • 8.用刮刀轻轻切拌成絮状。
  • 9.把奶酪碎加入面絮中。
  • 10.用水把奶酪碎和面絮搓匀成团。
  • 11.用保鲜膜把面团包起放冰箱冷藏20分钟。
  • 12.20分钟后把面团取出。
  • 13.分成2份。
  • 14.放在纸上搓成长条。
  • 15.用纸把面团卷起,用尺子辅助把面团塑成长条正方形。
  • 16.把两份面团塑好形后放冰箱冷藏一个小时。
  • 17.把冷藏好的面团取出。
  • 18.切成1厘米左右的厚片。
  • 19.放入烤盘中,送进预热好的烤箱中。
  • 20.200度烤11分钟后取出把烤盘调换一下方向,再送进烤箱继续烘烤。
  • 21. 继续烤12分钟,充满奶酪香味的咸曲奇饼干出炉啦。
