  • 1.将模具放烤箱180度预热5分钟。
  • 2.取出抹上黄油。
  • 3.将白糖,香草精放入牛奶隔水加热,搅拌至白糖完全融化。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散。
  • 5.将牛奶稍放凉加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.过滤3遍。
  • 7.吉利丁片凉水泡软,隔水融化。
  • 8.将吉利丁液放入蛋黄液,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入模具,冷藏4小时。
  • 10.脱模,淋上蓝莓酱。
