    Steps to make 东江酿豆腐

    • 1.材料包括:水豆腐,肉糜,虾皮,榨菜,葱
    • 2.虾皮最好在锅里面干炒(锅里面不加油,小火慢炒)一下,这样会更加香,榨菜切成末,葱也切成葱花,然后将这些材料都倒进肉糜里面。
    • 3.加上盐,油,酱油,淀粉,蚝油糖,然后搅拌均匀。
    • 4.将豆腐分成均匀的六分,然后分别在上面挖个小洞。
    • 5.将肉馅酿进去,这个步骤一定要小心哦,水豆腐很容易碎的!
    • 6.隔水上锅蒸15分钟。
    • 7.蒸完之后的样子,脆弱得很啊!
    • 8. 用淀粉,酱油,糖,蚝油,盐勾芡淋在上面。
    • 9.用水豆腐做的酿豆腐口感与炸豆腐区别很大,滑滑嫩嫩的。
