孜然洋葱炒牛肉
有时间就煮些牛肉在冰箱备着,吃的时候很省事。可以凉拌,可以爆炒,随个人的喜好调味。这次我就是用很简单的爆炒,用孜然等调味,不用买外卖的烤串喽。

  • 洋葱1个

  • 蚝油半汤勺

Steps to make 孜然洋葱炒牛肉

  • 1.熟牛肉切成厚约3mm的大片。
  • 2.洋葱切块。
  • 3.香菜切小段。
  • 4.炒锅热油,炸香姜末和胡椒粉。
  • 5.放入洋葱炒香。
  • 6.放入牛肉片翻炒,倒一勺蚝油。添加调料的过程中要不断地翻炒。
  • 7.在放入一勺孜然。
  • 8.最后加入香菜段,炒匀出锅。
