Steps to make 蒜蓉扇贝蒸粉丝

  • 1.准备好部分原料
  • 2.扇贝肉清洗干净,扇贝用小牙刷刷清洁
  • 3.扇贝肉用一勺米酒半勺盐腌制片刻(个人不喜欢料酒的味道,我会把料酒换成米酒,如果大家喜欢,直接用料酒就好)
  • 4.粉丝放开水里烫1分钟
  • 5.捞出后马上放到冷水里,这样处理过的粉丝吃起来口感更好
  • 6.粉丝加里少许姜末,一勺蒸鱼豉油、半勺盐
  • 7.将粉丝放在扇贝里,扇贝肉放在粉丝上面,上锅蒸8分钟。
  • 8.一头大蒜剁碎,5跟小香葱切很小段
  • 9.锅底油烧8成热的时候关火,然后到处香葱和蒜碎,让油的余温烹出蒜香味,加少许盐和一勺红色剁椒,然后浇在蒸好的扇贝上。不喜欢剁椒可以不放。
