花纹蛋糕卷
3号是小乐儿的生日,我特意做了这个蛋糕卷送给他,祝他生日快乐!蛋糕不管是什么形状或者是种类,还是冷藏之后味道才更美,尤其适合夏日做下午茶或者是小零食,都是非常不错的!只需要简单的操作,就可以令单调的蛋糕卷马上变得华丽引人!虽然简单却可以令小朋友美得不亦乐乎!

Steps to make 花纹蛋糕卷

  • 1.1 蛋黄组:低粉、水、蛋黄(植物油没拍)
  • 2.2 水、植物油加入蛋黄中
  • 3.3 用刮刀把蛋黄液搅拌均匀
  • 4.4 分三次把低粉加入蛋黄液里,用刮刀以不规则的方式搅拌均匀
  • 5.5 蛋清加入白糖,再滴入几滴白醋
  • 6.6 用打蛋器把蛋白打至干性发泡
  • 7.7 把蛋黄液与蛋清以上下翻拌的方式搅拌均匀
  • 8.8 取一点蛋糕糊,加入少许可可粉搅拌成均匀的可可面糊,装入裱花袋或者塑料袋里
  • 9.9 烤盘上铺油纸,倒入蛋糕糊,表面挤上自己喜欢的可可图案
  • 10.10 烤箱180度预热,中层18分钟左右
  • 11.11 烤好的蛋糕撕掉油纸,趁热卷起来定型!待放凉后包上保鲜膜!
