自制豆沙月饼
想着自己做馅比较健康而且无添加吧,不管做面包还是月饼都还行反正自己吃
前面有分享过豆沙的做法,
做好才知道自己做的馅月饼皮回油的很快,
晚上做第二天早上皮就有点软了,早上当饭正好,老公说好吃呵呵
孩子比较爱吃椰蓉馅,所以我做了两种馅
放到第三天还好,第四天就变的很粘了,所以送人还是买的馅比较好放的久

  • 中筋面粉100克
  • 奶粉5克
  • 转化糖浆80克
  • 枧水2克
  • 花生油25克
  • 吉士粉10克

Steps to make 自制豆沙月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆+枧水+花生油混合均匀,搅久点哦,一定要融合在一起
  • 2.过筛所有的粉。这里加了吉士粉,是大师教的哦据说加了不裂,没有可以不加,没加吉士粉糖浆75克就行
  • 3.揉均匀
  • 4.我是50克的月饼模,按皮15克馅35克
  • 5.包好揉圆,粘点面揉下,模具也倒点面进去再磕出来这样就不粘了
  • 6.做好的一个个。在表面喷点水就没干粉了烤箱预热好180度烤5分钟取出刷薄薄一层蛋黄烤20分钟左右
  • 7.出炉,小孩喜欢这图案所以买了,现在才知道烤了真是不好看,蛋液刷了变形了
