Steps to make 饭团

  • 1.准备好食材(五常大米饭提前做好,因为是做饭团,所以我略微多加了一点水,做出的米饭软一些适合捏饭团。豌豆胡萝卜和玉米都是新鲜的不是脱水蔬菜。肉松是自己做的。芹菜选嫩的小香芹。)
  • 2.水开锅后,给芹菜焯水,适当比平时大人吃多煮一分钟,因为孩子吃,对于有纤维根茎类的蔬菜要多焯烫下
  • 3.沥水备用
  • 4.蔬菜丁焯水
  • 5.因为都是新鲜的,所以比起脱水蔬菜,口感更好,豌豆细嫩,玉米清香,胡萝卜甘甜
  • 6.沥水备用
  • 7.热锅倒少许橄榄油
  • 8.倒入蔬菜丁,炒一会
  • 9.胡萝卜的营养最好是有油脂的结合更好,所以用油炒炒蔬菜丁,两分钟后关火备用
  • 10.蒸熟的米饭趁热放入点味极鲜
  • 11.用勺子搅拌均匀
  • 12.放入炒好的蔬菜丁
  • 13.清洗干净双手,双手略微沾湿(用干净的饮用水)捏出饭团
  • 14.放入肉松,裹上一层肉松
  • 15.做好所有饭团后,用芹菜装饰,最后撒上黑芝麻即可
  • 16.香香的饭团就出炉啦
