这个双米布丁是用大米 小米 鸡蛋 牛奶做的,营养满分,用简箪粮食,健康满分。简宝和楼上的8个多月的小哥哥一起把这碗布丁吃光光。简宝是简箪宝宝,妈妈一直吃谦益自产的粮食,宝宝5个多月了,从来没有去看过医生。身体是革命的本钱,粮食是身体的支撑,宝宝健康从每一顿好粮抓起。

Steps to make 双米奶布丁#婴儿辅食#

  • 1.原料:简箪长香丝80克 简箪压塌楼小米80克 纯牛奶50ML 鸡蛋1个
  • 2.长香丝大米 压塌楼小米 水400ML 一起放到豆浆机,选择米糊键,豆浆机会自动破壁,煮熟,大约15分钟左右就好了,取80ML左右备用。会多很多,多出的我当早餐了,蒸几个馒头包子,大人的早餐也搞定了。
  • 3.鸡蛋一个打到碗里,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.倒入50ML纯牛奶再次搅拌
  • 5.加米糊80ML继续搅拌,所有材料混为一体了。
  • 6.把拌好的双米布丁液,过筛滤掉过不了筛网的原料,这样口感会更细腻
  • 7.找个好看的碗,把布丁液倒到碗里
  • 8.覆上保鲜膜,用牙签扎几个孔放到蒸锅里面隔水蒸20分钟左右成形。(家里保鲜膜刚好用完了,我用的是保鲜袋,哈哈 样子有点难看哈)
  • 9.蒸好了,焖5分钟,拿出来放到温热就可以给宝宝吃了。这款布丁QQ的,如果大人也喜欢吃可以多做点。
