土豆胡萝卜炖牛肉

  • 1.牛肉洗净切成块备用。
  • 2.陈皮备好。
  • 3.牛肉冷水下锅加入适量料酒,姜片焯水。

  • 6.热锅冷油,下姜片煸炒。
  • 7.放入牛肉翻炒均匀,加入适量生抽炒至上色。
  • 8.放入陈皮,加入适量热水先炖廿分钟,大火烧开转中火炖( 水的量基本与食材持平)。
  • 9.利用炖牛肉的其间,准备配菜,土豆洗净去皮切成块备用。
  • 10.胡萝卜去皮切成块备用。
  • 11.炖至牛肉八成熟时,放入土豆块,胡萝卜块继续炖廿分钟,调入适量老抽。
  • 12.炖至牛肉酥烂,土豆粉糯即可,调入少许盐调味即可出锅。
