  • 35毫升
  • 黑椒汁2汤匙
  • 4克
  • 生粉2汤匙
  • 料酒20毫升
  • 蒜末少许

Steps to make 黑椒芦笋牛肉

  • 1.牛肉洗净
  • 2.切成片后用盐,料酒,黑椒汁,生粉抓匀腌制半小时
  • 3.芦笋削去老皮洗净切段,准备蒜末
  • 4.锅内水开后倒入芦笋焯水后捞起冲洗干净
  • 5.锅内倒油
  • 6.把牛肉片捞起加入爆至全部变色后捞起
  • 7.留底油下入蒜末爆香
  • 8.倒入芦笋煸炒均匀
  • 9.加盐调味炒至断生
  • 10.再把牛肉倒入煸炒片刻即可熄火出锅
